First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toll Brothers.
Construction Manager
After submitting my application, I spoke with a recruiter. Then I had an in person interview with two senior construction managers, where they asked about my work history, hobbies, and music.
- What is your duration of residency in this area?
Construction Manager
I was contacted by Toll Brothers right after I accepted another job offer. I was curious to talk to them because I've always liked their homes and wanted to get into the semi-custom building industry. I met with one of their project managers and we really connected. We talked for about an hour and a half. A few days later, I got a call to meet with their VP, and that meeting also went really well.
- Can you describe a time when you had to deliver disappointing news to a client or customer?
Construction Manager
There was a phone interview first. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted a bit over an hour with two interviewers. They asked general questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'explain your work background.' The conversation flowed well, and they asked follow-up questions based on my answers.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you describe your professional experience?
