It was a 5-round interview process, which was quite extensive and took a lot of time. First, there was a recruiter call, followed by interviews with the manager and other team members. Some of these were group interview settings. The final stage included a lunch outing.

I recently interviewed with Tokio Marine HCC for an Office Operations Coordinator position. Even though I didn't get the job, the experience was exceptional. The recruiter was very communicative, always following up and answering questions quickly. I interviewed with three team members who were professional and engaging, making me more excited about the role and company. It seems like TMHCC values its people and has a great work environment. I'd love to work with them in the future and recommend them for their professionalism, communication, and candidate experience.

The interview process was really good while I was in it. They scheduled interviews super fast, and the team was awesome to chat with. But then, their system crashed and deleted all applications. They asked me to reapply and then rejected me, even though their VP said I was qualified and we talked about start dates. I was expecting an offer, so the rejection was shocking. What was worse is they ignored my emails asking for feedback after wasting my time. They deserve to explain why I wasn't chosen. Totally unprofessional.

I had a brief interview with HR. She only asked me two questions plus one follow up question. She asked me if I am a green card holder or a US citizen. I answered no, but I have an EAD card from my pending green card application. I explained that I don't need the company to sponsor me since the EAD card allows me to work anywhere in the States. Then she asked me what visa I have. I had to ensure her that I really don't need the company to sponsor me. That was the end of the interview. I feel like the whole interview was to know my immigration status.
