I got there a bit early, and the owner interviewed me in his office. He was really friendly. He mentioned my application stood out because of my neat handwriting. He also said he usually only hired people who already knew someone there, but I impressed him by calling to check on my application status. After asking me a few questions, he hired me right away. The whole thing took about 15 minutes.

The interview was pretty chill. They didn't really check my resume. It was mostly about my work ethic. I found out I'd need to memorize all the sandwiches, like knowing the #16 is the Italian and what goes into it. They said there's a few days to learn them, and knowing the ingredients for each sandwich helps a lot down the road.
