The interview process was really smooth, friendly, and enjoyable. I actually prefer take-home assignments over live coding because they let you show how you structure and write code, instead of just testing your leetcode skills. The trial week was a new experience for me, but it was great to get hands-on with the codebase I'd be working on, avoiding any surprises on the first day. The steps involved: 1. A screening quiz. 2. A take-home assignment. 3. A technical interview. 4. A paid trial where I completed some tasks. 5. A final chat about culture and working with people.

The interview process had a few stages: quiz on general SWE, tech interview, assignment and review of it and the final test period. Overall it was a good experience and both the Dev and HR teams were open and communicative.

So first you do this technical test online when you apply. Then you talk to a recruiter. After that, there's a take-home programming assignment which you have a week to finish. Then you have a technical interview with someone from the team. They also do this thing called a 'test week' where you work for them for a full paid week on real tasks to see if you fit in. Lastly, there's a final interview with the engineering manager, mainly about your experience and how you'd fit in.
