I was first accepted into a Prova program by passing an exam. Then I completed the program, which included a general evaluation interview and a group case study. About three months after finishing the program, I was contacted for an interview. The interview felt very open, with them explaining the job title and duties. They mentioned I'd get a positive or negative response after the interview, but it would take a while to decide. I haven't heard back yet.
