Designer Production Artist
So I applied and got a call about a week later to set up an in-person interview for the following week. I ended up meeting with two Art Directors and a Creative Director. I had to show my portfolio twice. They asked some pretty standard stuff like why I'm looking for a new job, what I'm looking for, and about my career aspirations. They also asked me specifically about my work, like if I'd done versioning of designs. Since it's a junior role and production is a big part of it, I figured that would come up. I felt pretty good about it, but then... crickets. No word back at all, not even a rejection email, which is kinda weird after coming in.
- Do you have experience or are you comfortable with creating different versions of a design after the initial one is done?
Copywriter
I reached out to the Assistant Creative Director directly, and a few weeks later, they called me. They invited me in for an interview. During the interview, we reviewed my portfolio, and we both asked and answered questions.
- The review was challenging due to my incomplete portfolio.
Digital Media Intern
Got a phone call first to see if I was interested, then I had an in-person interview with HR, and after that, I met with my direct supervisor.
- What do you have in your pantry?
Intern
There were 2 interviews. They were very selective. The first interview was with HR, and the next was with the possible supervisor.
- What are your methods for tracking and identifying success in a G+ campaign?
