Territory Sales Manager
They welcomed me into their office and made me feel like I was part of the TEAM already. Felt like home and was able to be myself. Have great communication on letting me know the hiring process and the next steps.
- Tell me about your experience with cold calling in past jobs.
Payables Specialist
The interview process was too long, lasting over an hour and a half. Also, the job duties didn't match what was advertised; it involved wearing many different hats and doing a lot more.
- What are the three most important qualities of a great worker?
Operations Manager
I reached out to TNT on LinkedIn and had a phone screen a few days later that went well. The hiring manager kept me updated via LinkedIn messages, and things seemed positive. Then, I had an in-person interview with the COO in Indianapolis. The office's foyer was a bit rough with stained ceiling tiles and ripped carpet, and I was told I was overdressed in a suit. During the interview, the COO mentioned the location wasn't performing well and sometimes delayed supplier payments during slow periods. They also mentioned a former employer gave a good recommendation, but when I asked who it was, since I hadn't spoken to anyone from there in years, the interviewer lost interest and ended the meeting. The hiring manager messaged me afterward saying I'd hear back in about a week after the COO returned from vacation. I never heard anything, and about a month later, I saw on LinkedIn that someone with that job title had just started at that same location.
