So first, a recruiter calls and asks some basic questions, and then they'll set you up to meet with a manager at TitleMax. I actually interviewed at the store that was hiring and met with the General Manager there. She was really unprofessional the whole time, acted like she was so much better than me and was super rude and short. Honestly, I would've left if I didn't need the job so bad. Turns out this manager looks into your social media to see what's going on in your personal life before hiring you, but I don't have any profiles so it didn't matter.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter where we talked about my past work. She gave me a good rundown of what the job would be like. I had to give her contact info for at least 2 references, and they really do send them emails. After my references responded to the emails, a recruiter got in touch to set up a second interview. Then, I met with the general manager at the store for that second interview. I got the offer on the same day and started work the following Monday.

The interview process was pretty basic. First theirs a phone interview. If you make it pass that part then the hr person who you spoke with will email you to do your background check. You have to pass that before they will consider you for a in the store interview. Once you pass that part then you will meet with a store were they will ask you about your pass experience and tell you more about what they expect from you.
