Inside Sales Representative
I had a phone interview with an HR rep who asked about my background and some behavioral questions. It was pretty chill and they set up an in-person interview for the next day. Then, I had an in-person with HR for like an hour, which was super casual. They gave me a lot of info about the hiring manager and said I'd be a good fit. After that, I met with the Hiring Manager for about 1.5 hours. He was kinda grumpy, didn't make eye contact, and asked me to sell him something in the room. I thought I did well, but he gave negative feedback and then talked about firing people. I was bummed but still got asked to do an online exam 2 days later, which took about 4 hours. It had sections on psych, attitude, math, and English. I never heard back after that.

Software Engineer
I submitted my resume at a university career fair. About two months later, the HR department called me for a 30-minute phone interview, which was mostly behavioral. A week after that, I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite was technical, and it started with two interviewers but ended with four people interviewing me. They were nice and gave me a tour of the office. A week later, I was asked to a facility tour but couldn't make it. Haven't heard back since.
- Can you explain how your past experience is relevant to our work?
- What motivated you to apply to our company?
Yield Analyst Engineer
A recruiting company interviewed me a few times and had me do some tests before I could move on. Then I had a phone interview where they asked questions about my resume. After that, I met face-to-face with the plant manager and the director. It was more like getting to know each other before starting, and then I got an offer call on the way home.
- Can you tell me about your experience as listed on your resume?
NDT Supervisor
I went through three interviews total. Two were phone interviews and the last one was in person at their facility. The person interviewing me was pretty chill and asked stuff that made sense related to the job and my background. The whole thing took about two and a half hours. I met a bunch of people and they showed me around the place.
- Have you ever worked with a Union previously?
