I applied for two positions at TMGcore. The recruiter got back to me on one and set up a phone interview. For the phone interview, only one of the five scheduled people showed up on time. The second person joined 10 minutes late and interrupted with questions without introducing themselves. Three more people joined right at the end and also didn't introduce themselves. It was a really weird experience. I was then invited for an in-person interview. This part was even worse. I found out I wasn't interviewing for the job the recruiter contacted me about, but a different one I'd applied for ages ago and had already been rejected from. The two interviewers kept interrupting each other and were on their phones while I was answering. During a facility tour, one interviewer just walked off to chat with someone without excusing himself and never returned. The interview continued with my potential direct manager. He asked a theoretical question I wasn't prepared for (since I'd prepped for a different role) and I struggled to answer. I mentioned my disability makes recall difficult, but I manage it with notes. He mocked me for it, which felt really inappropriate. Then he spent four minutes listening to a voicemail from the CEO while I stood alone in their showroom. He was condescending for the rest of the interview; I almost left when he was berating me. I thought I'd tanked the interview, but surprisingly, I got a very generous offer the next day. Honestly, I wouldn't have taken it even if they'd doubled it. The lack of organization and basic courtesy was appalling. I got the sense many people there were working 60+ hours on salary. I saw some concerning reviews online beforehand mentioning red flags like phone use during interviews, and I dismissed them as exaggeration. They weren't.

It's a small company. Everyone there seems really nice and good, but there was this one Indian guy who was a real bully, super smarty-pants and just awful. The interview itself was pretty relaxed and easy, not too many tough questions. However, I don't see much room for growth here.

The interview process involved two informal phone calls followed by a panel interview with many VPs and executives from the company. The CEO was the main speaker, and the others seemed to just agree with him. The interviewers were not friendly and seemed disorganized.
