First, we review your application to see if you meet the basic requirements like experience, certifications, and industry background. This is usually done by HR or a recruiter. They might check your resume and do a quick phone or video call to ask about your salary expectations and when you can start. Then, there's a technical interview to check your core IT knowledge, how you manage infrastructure, your security practices, and what tools and systems you know. We'll likely ask about network architecture, system administration (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity and compliance, ITIL or service management, and disaster recovery/business continuity.

My CV was reviewed, but I never received a callback or even an email after the interview to inform me about my application status. I was left waiting for weeks. When I reached out via email to inquire about the progress or to see if it was a rejection or if I was moving to the next stage, the recruitment manager ignored my emails, even though she had been prompt in responding to all my previous communications before the interview. This lack of communication clearly reflects how the company treats individuals once they are no longer in need of them. I would advise against wasting your time applying or interviewing here.

I went to an assessment day for a Customer Service role. They briefly explained what would happen. I brought notes, certificates, and things for an interview, but they only made me do assessments. I felt like the company was very professional and they value hard work. The office was clean and nice. The assessments seemed to go okay, but I missed the mark on one by a few points. Because of that, they didn't interview me or ask about my background. They walked me out and wished me luck. I think the assessment I failed wasn't clear about what was needed, but I didn't think it was worth arguing about. The company seems focused on image and they want people who will go above and beyond without being paid, and I got the impression they expect this regularly.
