First I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then I had a 2-hour phone interview with the Regional Director, which I suspect was just to pass her time while she was driving home from a site visit. After that, I spoke with the Division Manager on the phone, who was really nice and professional. Finally, I had an onsite interview where the Regional Manager and rehab manager were both there.

The interview process was pretty long, it took a few months with lots of different level team members. Lots of questions on how I would handle different situations. I interviewed with different levels of management for about 2 months before being offered the job.

The interview was a phone interview then a one on one with the rehab director. It wasn't a hard interview, more of a vibe check from the director to see if you'd be a good fit for the team.
