Interviewed with the District Manager. They have a list of questions that they pick questions from to ask you. Got the job and took the offer within a day. Background check took about 2-3 weeks. Training was 2 weeks Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

You'll start by meeting with HR, who will then administer the interview. If you're hired, there's a general training period, followed by learning from the computer and some role-playing to practice your skills. Most of what you need to know is picked up on the job while talking to customers. Your colleagues will offer tips on understanding common lingo, but it gets easier with time. It's all about practice and how you interact with customers.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter. After I passed that, he asked me to come in for an in person interview. I had to wait almost 3 hours before I was actually interviewed because I was booked during their meeting. After that, the first interview was very easy. Second interview, the district manager was a jerk and didn't bother to make any eye contact. When he made me the offer, it was way different than my actual job offer which bothered me.

It was a pretty basic and standard interview for a management position. I met with the district manager and the owner. There was only one interview, and I was called in 48 hours later to move forward with the hiring process. The questions were not difficult, mostly common sense related to work experience and past job scenarios.
