Business Development Manager
This role involves sales and marketing, with a focus on sales generation and assessment, and managing a team of 2 sales representatives. You'll be reporting to the Director. The position requires the ability to assess online sales and strategy as hard sales, and involves account management to grow business and reinforce current accounts.

Teaching Assistant
The interview was in person for about an hour. It was pretty informal. They asked about my prior work experience and my ability to handle difficult situations. They also asked why I want to work with individuals with special needs and what I’m passionate about.

Care Manager
The process was face-to-face and in-person, and I was told about it beforehand. It went smoothly. We had an intro session, then scenario questions. We talked about expectations and pay if I got the job. There was a reference check, and then a contract was sent. I learned about the organizational setup and started in 2 weeks.
