The process was face-to-face and in-person, and I was told about it beforehand. It went smoothly. We had an intro session, then scenario questions. We talked about expectations and pay if I got the job. There was a reference check, and then a contract was sent. I learned about the organizational setup and started in 2 weeks.

during an interview the goal is to see if you and the company are a good match. This is to check your skill set, experience, honesty, professionalism, if you're manageable, committed, and if you would be a positive addition to the company. I was also asked about my previous job and how I liked it, asked about salary expectations, was offered the job, and asked if I would be willing to work weekends.
