Had an HR interview, which was smooth, mostly discussing my background. Then a technical interview with a principal engineer covering OOP, DB, and Laravel, followed by easy problem-solving and MySQL questions. The management interview was poorly executed and unprofessional; the interviewer seemed inexperienced in interviewing, rushing through questions without letting me introduce myself or talk about my projects. Some questions were basic, forgotten from college, but easily verifiable online. It felt like a rapid-fire 'What is this?' session, not a good indicator of fit. It finished in only 10 minutes.

The onboarding HRs Rabeea Tanzeel and Adeela Tariq were very productive and fast. The first step was a technical test with 8-10 MCQS and 1 programming question, lasting 30 minutes. If you pass, you get a call for the second step. The second step is the main technical interview, focusing on job description related questions and basics. It includes questions on programming, databases, and analytical skills. After clearing this, you get a call for the second technical interview, followed by a meeting with the CTO. The third step involves a second technical interview and a management interview. These can sometimes be merged. The focus is on Java concepts and basics. Management interviews mostly ask about why Tkxel and fundamental concepts. The overall process was fair, not too difficult but not too easy. The interviewers were respectful, humble, supportive, and the CTO meeting was particularly constructive.

Tkxel came to my university for recruitment. I took their written test which lasted for two hours. The next step involved a series of interviews. First was a 15 minute telephonic interview with the HR Manager. He was very friendly and asked general questions about my interests and career goals. For the second round, I was invited for a panel interview where I had to demonstrate my technical as well as communication skills. My third and final interview was with the Director Engineering. He asked me a few questions about my final year project, went over the job description and told about the kind of projects the company is currently working on. Overall, the entire process was very professional and handled with great care.
