First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Titus Talent Strategies.
Marketing Manager
The interview process started off promisingly but deteriorated. After a referral, my initial interview was scheduled promptly and went well. The interviewer committed to following up within a few days, but it took a couple of weeks and only happened after I initiated contact. They then requested I complete two assessments: one for personality/working style and another for logic. I completed both, understanding they were part of the process. In the second interview with the same person, I was informed that the assessment results could not be shared, which seemed odd. She mentioned a meeting with the hiring manager later that week and a follow-up by the beginning of the following week, which did not occur. Once again, I had to reach out, and after several weeks, I was finally notified that they had proceeded with other candidates. While I accept not being chosen, the lack of communication from a company specializing in recruiting and hiring advice was disappointing. To add to the situation, their salary range for a senior-level marketing manager, approximately $90K to $105K, was surprisingly low. In summary, it felt like they weren't living up to their external messaging.
- How do you handle managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously?
Associate
My prep for the first interview call involved some company research. The first call was a mutual get-to-know-you, covering ourselves, the role, the company, and its culture. The questions weren't typical. The next call focused on the role and skill fit. Then I completed two assessments, one being the Predictive Index. My results led to a meeting with the director I'd report to. This part was great because the assessments provided a basis for the discussion, highlighting my strengths, their needs, and potential synergy. After a few more interactions, I had a final interview with the CEO. Contrary to my expectations of a formal interview, it was very down-to-earth. He was clearly passionate and driven but also genuine. The offer and onboarding process were smooth and welcoming. The executive team and future colleagues were supportive and friendly from day one, and this supportive atmosphere is deeply ingrained in the company culture, fostering a sense of collective success. The concept of a 'mobile workforce' instead of 'remote working' emphasizes our connection despite physical distance.
- Could you describe a challenging professional scenario and how you might have handled it differently in hindsight?
Consultant
The interview experience was great. You meet with lots of people at all company levels in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Unlike typical corporate interviews, which can feel intimidating and impersonal, Titus Talent Strategies offers a different approach where everyone you talk to is genuinely engaged in the conversation. By the end, it was clear I'd found the right company because the process was thorough and honest, leaving no surprises after hiring.
- Prepare to discuss specific instances from your past that demonstrate particular behaviors.
- Research the company beforehand to show you understand their mission and values.

I applied online and got emails from Spark Hire to do a one-way interview. I spent a lot of time preparing and practicing my answers for the 6 questions. I never heard anything back from Titus - not even a follow up or a rejection email. Horrible candidate experience and complete waste of time. Do not ask candidates to spend so much time recording videos if you do not take the time to watch and evaluate them.
