It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Started with a phone interview, then had a few in-person meetings with higher-ups. They asked about my personal background, past experiences, and some hypothetical situations. I also got to chat with some of the senior management team and my potential direct manager before getting the offer.

I met with the team I'd be working with briefly. I already knew a lot of people at the company. We talked about how it would work with me being remote and the learning curve for learning additional states since I was only trained in NY/NJ/CT.

Got contacted within a week after applying through a job board. The job posting was super specific, detailing numbers and instructions. It seemed like they wanted someone who could follow directions exactly. The interview was the next week, a 2:1 format. It was pretty chill, they talked about the company, the role, and the tasks. They didn't ask many questions, mostly just wanted to hear our questions. Everyone was friendly, relaxed, and the office on Wall Street was nice. Casual dress code.

The interview process involved pointed questions, and I learned a lot about the industry and company, which clarified some of the research I had done beforehand. Everyone was really nice and professional, even though the dress code was pretty casual.
