The interview was very professional. It is a three part interview starting with a phone call, followed by an in-person interview and ending with a last phone call. Raphael Robinson was very professional and expressive on the role of the Job as well as the vision for the company. It was simple and to the point. Great experience.

I interviewed for an entry level marketing/sales position. They asked basic questions about daily tasks. The interviewer was disrespectful and secretive, not giving any details. They said I'd do 2 hours of training and then "marketing" for the rest of the day. When I asked for specifics on the marketing tasks, channels, or projects, they just repeated "marketing" and avoided giving any information. It felt like they were either hiding something about the job or didn't know what they were talking about. I wouldn't suggest this role if you care about transparency and having control over your career.

This is a three round interview process. The process is quite interactive. We want to see how candidates communicate with others and if they can be pulled out of their comfort zones. We are looking for people who are good with people.
