The first interview was about my qualifications and why I wanted to switch to their company. Then, I had an in-person interview with more technical questions. The interviewer was a really nice woman and was very upfront about the hiring process. She also encouraged me to schedule the second interview sooner rather than later so they could fill the position quickly.
