Permit Technician
It was a quick and easy interview, they didn't ask too many questions. They seemed desperate to hire, and it was a pretty standard interview. Nobody that interviewed me works for the company. Turnover seemed really high based on the interview.

You'll talk to the field supervisor, and they'll tell you right away if you got the job. They're open to hiring folks without prior experience if you're a hard worker.

Good interview, let you get a run down of what happens. May travel far away from your home and stay overnight. Lots of hours and overtime. Can be dangerous at times while working in the roof. The interviewer was straight up.

The interview was smooth, and I learned a lot about the company and its values. We talked about the pay and possible bonuses. We also discussed the possibility of travel and growing with the company, and other roles within the company.
