First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Titan Protection and Consulting.
Security Officer
This was the most professional interview I've ever had. The recruiter was really nice and thorough, making me feel like part of the team even before I was hired. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes, and she covered everything. She then asked if I had any questions and was happy to answer them.
- What are your salary expectations?
Business Development Manager
After applying, I was contacted a couple weeks later and scheduled for two separate first round interviews with individuals who were not the hiring manager. The first interview was with someone who identified as an equal to the hiring manager but led a different department. He had a very easygoing and relaxed interview style. The second interview, a week later, was also with a pleasant individual, and I felt confident about moving forward. I followed up a week after that and was informed the hiring manager would soon be making decisions. After waiting over a week and following up again, I was ghosted with no further communication or rejection, despite the last interaction being over a month ago.
- Can you describe your professional background?
Customer Service Manager
The hiring process moved along pretty fast. They asked me some questions about my past jobs and then got back to me quickly. I had a chat with Sean, who was really nice. I was invited for another interview a couple of weeks after that.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Private Security Officer
The interview was held at the company headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Shamrock Towers is a nice building with a pond out back and is very clean. Aaron and Gabrielle, who were both very pleasant, conducted the interviews. I wore a suit and tie and felt like I was already part of the team. Everyone in the office seemed really friendly.
- What is your availability?
- Tell me about your work history.
- Do you own a firearm?
