I applied through college for the watch division. The whole thing took about 2 months. First, there was a written test with around 20 aptitude and 60 psychometric questions to check my mental state. After that, I got shortlisted for a technical virtual interview that lasted about 25 minutes. They asked questions from my resume and my area of interest. Then, I got shortlisted again and was called for a personal interview at their Hosur office. This was a mix of Technical and HR, lasting about 20 minutes. A month after the personal interview, they announced the results. The rejection rate was quite high: 93 students took the online exam, 11 attended the virtual interview, and 5 attended the personal interview, but they only picked 2 students for the GET position.

You'll start with an Aptitude Test that has four parts: Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Reasoning, and Data Interpretation. There are 60 questions in total. Each correct answer is worth 1 mark, and each wrong answer gets a penalty of 0.25 marks. The top scorers will move on to a Group Discussion, which the HR team will lead. The best performers from the GD will then have a Thomas profiling done. This round isn't an elimination round, but you need to be truthful in your responses. Following that, there's a Technical + Personal interview that lasts about 30 to 60 minutes.

The interview had three panelists. Both technical and HR aspects were covered together. They asked basic questions, mostly running through the resume. Most questions were about the basics of any domain. SQL was important, and they asked about SQL queries.
