It was a five-stage process. There was an aptitude test, a group discussion, a psychometric test, a technical test, and then a final interview. It requires a lot of preparation. If you focus and prepare well, you can pass these rounds easily. All the tests were computer-based except for the final interview.

So, I had an interview with three people on the panel. Two were from the main engineering team and one from HR. I started by introducing myself and walking them through my resume. Then, I had a 30-minute technical interview where most questions were direct, but a couple needed some thought and problem-solving. After that, there was an HR interview for about 15 minutes with the typical questions.
