I had a phone call with HR and a call with a manager, all in English. They said 'We'll complete the selection process in 2 weeks' and then went silent. They don't answer emails. Typical ghosting, avoid wasting your time if you can.

Behavioral Technical

Had an initial chat with HR and the hiring manager, about 1.5 hours total. It was pretty chill, they were nice, and we talked about general tech stuff, the company, and the role, although there were a bunch of standard behavioral questions. Then another shorter chat with HR and the head of the department, which was focused on how the department works. After that, a brief catch-up call with HR and the hiring manager. The whole thing dragged on for about 3 months, and then I never heard back about the final decision. It's frustrating not knowing the outcome after investing so much time.

  • Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
