It was an easy interview process. First, I had an interview with the store manager, which lasted around 45 minutes and involved basic interview questions. Then, the area manager did a second interview to confirm what the store manager learned. It takes about a week to get hired due to the background check and drug screen, but overall it was an easy process.

I first applied at the store and gave the application to the sales rep. He asked me to come back in 30 minutes for my interview with the manager. We talked about my skills and how much work I could handle. He seemed nice. Then we talked about my pay, like hourly and percentage rates. We then agreed on terms. I had one interview. The district manager recruited me from my previous job at Allied Tires. The working conditions and environment were better here. The shop was cleaner and had better work ethics.

My District Manager recruited me from another retailer. I had to submit info through their online portal to start, along with a urine sample for a drug test, and agree to a background check. I was then interviewed and they offered me the job right after.
