It was a chaotic process with lots of rescheduling and postponing of meetings. It took 3 months or more. It included an assessment and reference calls that were carried out, and one meeting with a field colleague.

Started with a phone call with the UK&I Sales Director, which was pleasant and covered the company's goals for the next 18-24 months. Then had an in-person meeting with the UK&I Sales Director, mainly to get more details and discuss me as a candidate. This was followed by an interview with the EMEA Director of Sales, also really pleasant and informative, focusing on the wider organization and current opportunities, and to validate me and my interest. The final interview was with a panel of three: the EMEA VP of Engineering and the Sales Director. This wasn't meant to be tricky, but they asked some probing questions to understand my approach and ability to position new things and handle objections.

Behavioral Presentation

First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I met with the hiring manager, and after that, I moved on to speak with the VP and head of sales. Each of these meetings felt more like a discussion than a traditional interview. There were a few questions aimed at understanding my fit for the role, but it wasn't an intense interrogation.
