After applying, I was quickly invited to a 45-minute phone chat with the hiring manager. It was conversational but had some structured questions. About a week later, I had an in-person interview for about 45 minutes with the hiring manager and their VP. This also had structured, typical interview questions. The experience was positive overall, but I was never told my decision, and the position was filled. I guess they just didn't let me know.

I applied online on a Wednesday afternoon. I got a call on Thursday and interviewed on Friday. About a week and a half later, they called to see if I was still interested, and I said yes. Then they had me come in to sign my papers. After signing, I was given a drug test form to complete within 24 hours. They also provided the schedule for orientation and my training week.
