I applied for this role through LinkedIn Jobs. The process was pretty straightforward. First, an intern from the University Relations team reached out and scheduled a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. My advice is to know your stuff, research the company's industries and portfolio, and you'll do great. Be yourself but speak confidently. The second round was with a senior specialist and a US manager. They really value the confidence and knowledge you display, so be knowledgeable but also easy to talk to and professional. They didn't give a lot of details about the internship, so make sure you have plenty of questions ready, especially about the specific internship you're applying for. Both interviews focused on my resume, so be prepared to discuss your experiences in detail, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The interviewers were very approachable and genuinely interested in what I had to say, which made it feel less like a typical fake interview.

The first interview was super chill, mostly to get to know me. The university recruiter manager was really easy to chat with. About 5-6 weeks later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly about my resume and seeing if I'd fit in with the team. It lasted about half an hour. They asked if I had any questions after each interview. It's a great company to work for!

You first quickly meet with a recruiter at a career fair. If your elevator pitch is good, they'll move you forward without really checking your resume. Then, the college recruiter interviews you at your school's career center. After that, things take a bit longer. If they like you, you'll interview with a hiring manager and hopefully get placed in their department.
