I applied online. Had 2 phone interviews: the first was a general screen, asking about compensation, relocation willingness, internships/learning, and basic behavioral questions like strengths/weaknesses. It was pretty straightforward. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who dug deeper into my resume, really pushing on my experiences and checking for consistency. I struggled here because I couldn't make up grand stories about my internships, like having a past company buy products based on my designs as an entry-level person, which felt unrealistic. The interviewer seemed disappointed I only did a simulation exercise during my internship. It felt like a tough, out-of-touch interview. Got rejected via email a few weeks later. My advice: exaggerate your accomplishments to seem like Superman to get an offer.

The interview was pretty standard, focusing on questions that required the BAR method (background, analysis, results). It happened on Zoom with an HR person and a manager. They introduced themselves and then we got right into the questions. I also had time to ask them questions at the end.
