I applied twice and interviewed twice. First, there was a preliminary call with the area manager (which can be a phone interview). If that went well, they forward my application to the Store Manager. They're supposed to let me know the outcome within a week, but I had to call them myself to find out.

It's pretty straightforward, you take an online general knowledge test. If you pass, you have a chat with HR and then get directed to the store for an in-person interview with the Manager.
