First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TileBar.
Customer Service Representative
I met with two very pleasant ladies for the interview. They asked good questions about people skills, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We actually shared a good laugh, and I was given a short response scenario, which was a bit different. I received feedback pretty quickly, and all communication was very smooth.
- What are your thoughts on customer service from a customer's perspective?
Product Specialist
So far there’s been 4 rounds of interviews. Everyone I met was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and they asked a lot of questions but the important ones. They really are making sure the company culture fit and experience is there to match. It would be hard to fake it and just get into the company without really being interested.
- What kind of work environment do you prefer?
Inside Sales Representative
Setting up the interview was straightforward. However, during the interview, the interviewer said something like 'we need warm bodies to fill the accounts,' which really made me feel like they don't value their employees. I knew right away I didn't want the job, even if they offered it to me.
- Can you tell me about your past sales experience?
RSSM
The interview process was easy and straightforward. The managers were very friendly and helpful. It didn't take long to hear back about the position. There were two sets of interviews, but I was being considered for different roles.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
