Behavioral Other

The interview process was dynamic. First, there was an in-person interview, and then a virtual one. Both were with very professional and charismatic people. They let me introduce myself and present my experiences without interruption. They were cordial, respectful, and punctual. From the moment I entered the plant for the in-person interview, I noticed that the people are respectful, cordial, organized, and disciplined regarding personal protective equipment. They were also very attentive to any needs, from the gatehouse to management, making me feel comfortable, safe, and included.
