Behavioral Technical

I had 3 interview rounds, and it wasn't that difficult. There was also an assessment in between that took me about 5 hours to finish. After that, they ghosted me. I even had to rearrange my schedule for them since they mentioned they needed to fill the position fast. I reached out to HR but never heard back. It felt a bit rude not to get any feedback after following up. I saw the job advertised again about a month later.

Depending on the role, you could be asked to do an assessment. This could be a skills test, a case study, or a personality assessment to see if you're a good fit for the job and if you align with the company's values and culture. A recruiter or HR person will conduct the interview. The goal here is to understand your background, skills, and if you fit the role. They might ask behavioral questions and go into detail about your past experiences. They could also share more about Tiger Brands and the specific job.

Behavioral Technical Case

There were 3 rounds in total. First, a 30-60 min interview, then a psychometric test, and finally a follow-up review. It's a tough process where they screen about 10 candidates from the initial pre-screening. They evaluate both internal and external applicants simultaneously. External candidates have an advantage because they bring fresh perspectives!
