I made it through the first of four interviews they planned. It was a phone screen where they asked me basic questions about why I was interested in the company and what the firm does. They mentioned the pay range was 50-60k. Unfortunately, I got rejected pretty quickly, though not as fast as the HR person said I would.

I had a 30-minute chat with an HR intern, it was pretty straightforward. The next step involves her sharing my details with a creative director, and if there's a good match, I'd then have an interview with someone from that department.

I sent my resume to a recruiter and got an interview at Tierney within 48 hours. I initially felt flattered, but the interview itself was quite off-putting. Despite asking the recruiter multiple times for job details, I received nothing, which was already irritating. The VP I interviewed with seemed more interested in my current agency's specifics than in me. I suspect I was brought in as a 'maybe' for an undefined open position, primarily to extract information about my agency, which was more successful for them than for me. Additionally, the SVP who was supposed to meet me skipped the meeting, and I never rescheduled with her.

I was first contacted by a recruiter and also sent in an application. Then I talked to the hiring manager. I had a pretty standard phone interview. A week later, they told me the job was on hold and to check back in a few months if I was still interested, but I never heard back.
