I was contacted by HR on LinkedIn. Then, I had an interview with the HR Director. After that, I spoke with the HR Manager. Next, I had an interview with the HR Director and a Translator. Then, I had another interview with the HR Manager, Translator, and the COO. Since the COO doesn't speak English, I was given a case study. I didn't submit the case study because my research showed the company to be super bogus.

The interviews are often misleading because it's like a seminar session, and it's done in groups with many people, so many things can escape you, which requires strong concentration. So, at the interview level, I find some difficulties. There are also times when there's back and forth, phones ringing, etc. They project the company's industrial park, the products to sell, and the remuneration for each product. Then they show people who have already won cars and villas, etc., to motivate us and show us the company's advantages. There's a part where they show us testimonials about the products to make the work easier. The last part determines the opening of questions where each of us can ask questions to get clarification on what we hadn't understood.
