I was interviewed by the Head of Recruitment. It was a great interview, one of the best I've had. Then they disappeared for weeks. They told me I didn't get the job due to cultural fit. But weeks later they contacted me saying it's a yes after all. They scheduled me for an interview with the current CHRO and canceled it twice. I decided to withdraw from the process because there's a lack of seriousness and they seem to not know what they are looking for.

I applied online, and they called me. I went to one of their stores for an interview. They give you a psychometric test, you fill out a job application, and they ask you some questions. Then, if you pass the first round, the district manager interviews you. In my case, they made me wait a lot because the manager was late or not going to arrive. If you pass that round, you sign a pre-contract and go to another branch to sign a promissory note and a resignation letter. The lady who attended me was a bit rude and unpleasant.
