I arrived at the Birmingham Office and met Ms. Perry. I got an office tour before the interview and met some associates. The interview had two panels. The first panel was with senior associates who asked me questions about myself and my interest in the role. The second panel was with associates who joined last year, and they explained the intern process. It was a laid-back experience, and I received an offer for $26 an hour.
