They were friendly and accommodating. Showed interest in my prior experience. Very professional interview process. Very thorough about hourly expectations and benefits included. Left no questions at the end. Would recommend to anyone

I don't recommend this company. After I spent time filling out a long application, I went to their location. The HR person had me sit and study the benefits. Then I had two long interviews with two men. After all that, they ghosted me. It's really disrespectful to just ghost an applicant. I can't imagine working for such an unprofessional company. The HR guy should have given feedback to the applicants.

The interview had very specific questions, mostly about business office situations or projects. The questions were not really about nursing life at all. It felt like they were interviewing me on my ability to create or maintain leadership rather than my ability to provide nursing care to terminal patients.

The interview process starts with an HR recruiter chat. If that goes well, there might be a second interview with the clinical director. The questions were pretty standard interview stuff. The recruiter was nice and professional, but since they didn't have a clinical background, I felt like I spent a lot of time explaining my qualifications, experience, licensing, and what my job actually entails, as the recruiter seemed unfamiliar with social work.
