Medical Assistant
The interview was very welcoming and understanding. They also asked if I had any questions about their office. I always ask a few questions to learn a little more about the office and what I will be dealing with on a day to day basis.
- How do you manage patients who are upset and have a complaint?
Front Office Assistant
My interview was very smooth and easy going. I was really nervous but prepared. I made sure I knew all the information and feel that I did well. The questions are mostly about things that pertain to office situations, getting along with coworkers and how fast you can adapt.
- Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this job, how quickly can you adjust, and how do you interact with others?

Coding and Compliance Auditor
I got an email for a phone interview, but they stood me up three times. I reached out because I get that stuff happens. They then brought me in for a face-to-face meeting and a coding assessment. They said they'd let me know the next week if I was moving forward, but I never heard back. It was pretty unprofessional to have to chase them down after they initially reached out, especially since they still wanted to interview me. They really wasted my time.
- What actions would you take if you discovered a mistake in a chart?
Radiologic Technologist
The interview process took about an hour, and the interviewer was really nice and helpful. She went over my resume and asked some general questions along with some behavioral ones. They also did background and reference checks, so make sure you have your references' information ready, as well as your CPR card.
- Can you recall the questions asked during the hour-long process?
