I applied by submitting my resume. After that, I had a phone screening before they asked me to come in for the interview. The interview was pretty standard but professional. For a Supervisor role or higher, you should dress conservatively professional. Junior folks could probably wear business casual. I got an offer, but it was contingent on passing a background check, a drug test, getting the necessary credentials, and completing their in-house training.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was good and smooth, felt casual. It had 3 rounds and a video that needed to be recorded and sent. The whole thing took about a week. Onboarding was quick and the benefits are good, but the schedules are hectic and the targets seem pointless. It was an easy process and I would enjoy working there if not for the micromanagement.

  • Are you comfortable working rotational shifts?
