Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a written aptitude test, followed by an initial interview, and then a Skype interview which was the worst SKYPE interview of my life. It lasted for 1.5 hours, and the interviewer asked about my experience from 15 years ago, which I found stupid. They don't have any work and wasted my time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain your experience from 15 years ago?

First there was an HR pre-filter, then I interviewed with a current project manager who is my peer. This whole process was set up to check for a mix of my technical/networking skills along with my product knowledge and project management experience. Talking to the peer was good because I got to ask practical questions about the role.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How would you handle a situation where a client's expectations diverge from the agreed-upon project scope?
