Technical Consultant
The interview process had 3 technical rounds. Each round had increasing seniority levels starting from associate consultant, Manager and Associate Director of that specific department. Each round consisted of different technical questions mostly focusing on resume projects to the role specific questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Lead
The interview process involved a written aptitude test, followed by an initial interview, and then a Skype interview which was the worst SKYPE interview of my life. It lasted for 1.5 hours, and the interviewer asked about my experience from 15 years ago, which I found stupid. They don't have any work and wasted my time.
- Can you explain your experience from 15 years ago?
Technology Manager
I had 3 rounds of interview with TIBCO for Manager position. 1 was Techno manager, 1 HR and 1 for Manager round. Focused on skills like team building, client handling, P1-P2 incident management, communications, forecasting, project budget management, and automations.
- How do you approach team building?
- Describe your experience with client handling.
- How would you manage P1-P2 incidents?
Project Manager
First there was an HR pre-filter, then I interviewed with a current project manager who is my peer. This whole process was set up to check for a mix of my technical/networking skills along with my product knowledge and project management experience. Talking to the peer was good because I got to ask practical questions about the role.
- How would you handle a situation where a client's expectations diverge from the agreed-upon project scope?
