Manager
The interview process involved an online meeting with HR and the Hiring Manager. It was a relaxed conversation that lasted for about an hour. After the interview, it took approximately a week to receive and accept an offer.
- Is the job location going to be a problem?
HMI Developer
A staffing agency reached out to me. After a couple of phone interviews that covered both background checks and technical aspects, I was invited onsite with only two days' notice. Luckily, I could make it work. The onsite involved a detailed explanation of their process, followed by spending 3-4 hours with the development team. They then discussed feedback in front of me at the end of the day, which I appreciated. The feedback from the team members was positive.
- Can you tell me about your experience and the different technologies you've used?
HR Manager
The interview process started with a 121 chat with the CEO, lasting about 90 minutes. We talked about my motivation, went over my CV, discussed my experience, and covered company overview, current HR issues, and the CEO's expectations for the HR team. The second round was a phone call with the regional HR manager, where we covered my CV, motivation, and my experience in the automotive sector.
- Tell me about your motivation.
- Can you tell me more about your experience in the automotive industry?
Applications Engineer
The interview process is quick. There is a pre screen and if it goes well you go for an interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with the hiring manager, went over what commodities I will handle. HR also highlighted some of the benefits of working with the company.
- Can you share an obstacle you faced in a project and describe your approach to solving it?
