This is one of the best places to work, they really value their employees. I'd recommend it to all freshers looking to begin their career here. The interview process was straightforward and easy to understand. The hiring team was super supportive, especially when candidates were finding it hard to speak up during the group discussion.

I had two interviews for a Risk & Compliance Manager role at Thryve Digital, but honestly, it's been a pretty rough experience. Even though I passed both stages, the company hasn't given me any updates on what's next. HR initially set up follow-up calls, but then they started canceling them out of the blue without any explanation. Plus, my emails asking for info have just been ignored. It’s a shame because candidates put a lot of time into preparing for interviews, and the least a company can do is be upfront and polite throughout the hiring process. I really hope Thryve Digital actually listens to feedback like this to make their hiring process better. You know, candidates invest time and effort to prepare, and the least you can do is keep them in the loop and be respectful.

The interview process involved a few stages. It started with an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion that was based on the companies. Then there was a technical round, and finally an HR round. The company seems to have good infrastructure and it will be a good place to learn more things. During the technical round for freshers, the HR will communicate comfortably with the candidate and will ask only basic computer network questions, also questions about what's mentioned in the resume.

So first, you submit your resume and portfolio online, then a recruiter will email you to set up a quick 15-minute chat. They'll ask about your background, why you're interested, and when you can start, and tell you more about us. If that goes well, you'll have a 45-minute phone interview with a senior engineer. They'll dig into your technical skills, past projects, and how you approach problems, plus give you a coding challenge on an online platform. Nail that, and you get a take-home assignment to complete within a week. It's basically a mini-project using the tools you'd actually use here, and you'll submit your code and docs online. Pass that, and it's an on-site interview, about four hours total, with four different people. You'll do a behavioral chat, a system design discussion, a whiteboard coding session, and a culture fit chat. If you get through that, the final step is an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. It's all about your career path and if you're a good fit for us. They'll also answer any questions you have about the offer, perks, and what happens next.
