Software Engineer
I had a one-on-one meeting with the manager, and then I met with the software engineering team I would be joining. They asked general questions about my education and then asked me to explain OOP.
- Can you explain the fundamental concepts of Object-Oriented Programming?

The interview process involved an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical interview conducted by the recruiter, and then a panel interview focusing on behavioral aspects. I was initially told the technical interview would be with the hiring manager, but last minute they had the recruiter do it which I found unprofessional. The technical questions were quite basic, and I knew most of them. Unfortunately, I didn't get past the video interview stage.

The phone interview was with an excellent interviewer who was highly skilled and experienced in the role. They started by giving specific information about the department and related teams. The interview included questions directly related to my experience and how it aligns with the position's requirements.
