Leasing Consultant
This was a pretty weak interview process overall. The recruiter set up my interview with the hiring manager for later that week and said I'd get a personality assessment email. I never got it, so I told the hiring manager. She said she'd have the recruiter resend it and that I should too. I had already emailed the recruiter an hour before the interview and again the day after the hiring manager interview. A week passed with no word, and I wanted to follow up with the hiring manager, but realized neither of them gave me her email, and it wasn't in the automated emails either. It's been a few weeks since they were supposed to update me on their decision, so I guess it's a no. Maybe it's because I never did that assessment I never got π€
- Can you share an instance where you deviated from the rules to assist a customer?
Marketing Coordinator
The interviewer brought up the company's reputation, attributing negative reviews to post-COVID trends. However, my research indicated it's more likely due to poor management and a lack of genuine tenant care, despite their use of buzzwords. It seems like I avoided a bad situation.
- Which aspects of marketing do you find most appealing?
- What's your preferred style of supervision?
- Could you detail your experience with the xyz software tools?
Leasing Agent
The interview process consisted of three rounds. Initially, I spoke with the staffing manager. Following that, I had an interview with the regional manager responsible for the properties I was applying to. The final round was with the community manager for those properties.
- What was your motivation for wanting to work for the company?
Leasing Consultant
We had two phone chats and then an in-person interview. The whole thing was super easy and quick. As soon as I spoke with the hiring managers, I could tell they liked me as a person. They were looking for good qualities and abilities that I already have.
- Were there any questions about your customer service experience?
