Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone interview with the manager, then a three-hour in-person interview. I met with three sets of two people each -- program managers, the manager of program managers, and the operations manager. The questions were very focused on customer service and communication. The team members I met seemed cautiously optimistic about the company. They said the role itself was strict (no remote or flex working, enforced hours) but that the company offered good growth opportunities. Based on the questions, it seems like this isn't really a project or program manager role, but more of a customer-facing service job. They didn't ask about budget management, but asked a lot about communication and schmoozing with clients.

Applied for this position and set an interview date. Had the standard Q&A about my job performance and skill set. Then some questions about personality and how I interact on a team. After that, I was told I'd be moved on for more reviews. Waited a week with no response, so I followed up, but still nothing. Waited another week in case they were still reviewing, followed up again, but still no response. A month later, they still hadn't responded and have reposted the position. Ghosting is not a professional way to operate.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview and then a 2 hour in person interview where I met with three different sets of people. They asked all sorts of questions about my background, what I wanted in a manager, what I did for fun and then several off the wall questions. I thought it went well and then never heard back from anyone. Not really sure what to make of them.

The interview process was fair, comprehensive and appropriate. I met with several people from the company, who all asked good, relevant questions. It was quite comfortable, and, in fact, enjoyable, which is a testament to the company. The individuals/teams were all very knowledgeable, professional and seemed to like doing what they do.
