The interview process was a nightmare. After completing four rounds of interviews, the company completely ghosted me, with no follow-up calls or responses to my emails. I eventually had to reach out to the client directly. This organization does not seem to have its candidates' best interests in mind.

I applied on Indeed and then the CEO contacted me. We had a call where we talked about my background, covering the roles I've filled and the companies I've worked with previously, and why I was interested in the position at the company.

Behavioral Presentation

One of the most efficient hiring processes I've been through. Started with an initial phone call, followed by an in-person interview meeting senior employees and the CEO. If successful, the next step was spending half a day at the office to experience the culture, meeting with all the senior staff who had previously interviewed me to gain a deeper understanding of the role and company. This was then followed by a mock recruitment call, simulating calling up one of the founders. It was stressful but fun and solidified my interest in the company. They are very efficient and move quickly with candidates they believe are a good fit.
