First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Three Dog Bakery.
Sales Associate
Hiring is pretty quick, they'll hire right away if they need someone. They might ask for references based on your background. The manager seemed nice, it's a good place to start if you're looking for some initial experience. Remember to ask them questions.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about your work style?
Sales Manager
It was a pretty long process, with a few phone calls and then several in-person meetings. I met with the EVP of Sales and then the President. I get why they took their time, though; they really wanted to make sure they were picking the right person.
- Can you tell me about your experience with specific retailers and how you approach the sell-in process?
Sales Associate
It was a really chill and friendly interview, short and to the point. Super informal, it just happened when I gave my resume to the manager. He interviewed me right then and there. Then he called me the next day to see if I could come in next week. He also asked if it was okay to call my last job for a reference.
- What are your long-term intentions with our company?
- Would you permit me to contact your former employer for a reference?
Sales Associate
It was an in person meeting with two of the managers. It was pretty chill and only about 30 minutes long. They hired me right then and I took the offer immediately. It wasn't a tough interview at all and the management made it enjoyable.
- What makes you want to join our company?
