First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thought Logic.
Technology Consultant Intern
30 minutes long Interview. I enjoyed it. Just talking about myself and my hobbies etc. The interviewer seemed very interested and was easy to talk with. They asked a view questions about thinking on my feet and what not and definitely left time for me to ask questions
- Can you share an instance where you had to devise a solution spontaneously?
Principal Consultant
I had a great time talking with the Practice Lead for Finance and some other people from the firm. We had a really open chat about what the job involves and how my career could grow here. I liked the vibe of the place and the way they do consulting locally. I'm hoping to join the team soon.
- Can you discuss your previous experience and what you're interested in for the future?
- Tell me about your past experiences and your future aspirations.
- What are your thoughts on your past experiences and future interests?
Principal Consultant
I spoke with the Director of talent a few times to see if it would be a good fit and then I met with the Managing Partner 3 times. We talked about my skillset, personality, and where I would best fit in.
- What are your ideas for growing the Thought Logic business?
Consultant
The interview process was pretty laid back at the HQ, which has amenities like putting, shuffleboard, and ping pong. The CEO personally interviews everyone to ensure a good fit. After my interview, I chatted with other employees to confirm the positive vibe. I believe Thought Logic has a promising future and genuinely values its consultants. They seem to attract excellent individuals with strong reputations, making it a place I want to be a part of.
- What genuinely motivates you in your consulting career?
- Do you have a strong commitment to consulting?
