The company visited our campus for hiring and shortlisted 20 out of 60 students without any clear explanation of the criteria. The recruiter then eliminated all 20 in the initial Aptitude round. I definitely do not recommend this firm.

We had an initial aptitude test with DI, quantitative aptitude, and Data Sufficiency, followed by a 15-minute paragraph writing on handling new challenges in a new city and job. Out of 47 shortlisted candidates, a technical interview was conducted. They asked a lot about projects, made me code one, and also asked about C and SQL. There were also HR and resume discussion questions. Then 13 people moved to the assessment center, and finally, only 3 were selected.

I applied through college. First there was an aptitude test of 1 hour. Basic questions were asked from data sufficiency and data interpretation. 2 essay questions also had to be answeredd in 15 minutes. Then the shortlisted candidates were called for interview on the next day.
